Qualifications of a Stay At Home Mom

Share with all moms working to get back into the job force.

Of course we all know Stay At Home Moms& Dads are way over worked and under paid. What's more, Stay At Home Parents are very skilled in many daily tasks. In fact, the job of aStay at Home Mom could easily compare to any manager or even the owner of a small business. However, how many companies do you know of that will hire a home maker based solely off her or his credentials of stay at home mom and a letter of recommendation from her 3 year old scribbled out in crayon on the best craft paper? Sad to say, few to zero.
Obviously there's no price for what moms do. However, I trust you can agree that all moms, rather they are stay at home moms or moms that work hard outside the home, deserve compensation beyond the welcoming and thankful smile from a child. They deserve to be appreciated more, pampered more and many of you want that sense of self sustainment.

IF YOU WERE TO INTERVIEW FOR A MOM JOB, WOULD YOU TAKE IT?

Mom's are great. Single moms and stay at home moms are nothing short of saints. And your skills and qualifications are very desirable... to your children and family.
The problem is, most employers will not recognize your skills as value added to the work place. Unfortunately they won't even interview you when your last "associate" was just 5 - 15 years old.
So, how's a stay at home mom to provide for the household should she suddenly become the sole provider of her family? Most moms would consider going back to school or seek employment outside the home because that's what they've been told they should do. Or maybe they believe that's all that they could settle for.
Moms are already very busy. In fact, many moms feel they just can not put anything else on their plate. Now are you going to go to school and or workout outside the home? It's not fare that all of a sudden you have to start dropping your child at a baby sitter 8+ hours a day, drive to work, work all day, drive home, pick up the kids, make dinner and everything else you do, just to make ends meet. That's not fare to you and that's no fun. So why not prepare for such an event? Why not do something you might love, and get paid for it?
Did you realize everything you already know how to do and currently do is comparable to managing a small business? But you don't want to take on to much more, right? At least not unless it was really going to pay off for you.
What If I told you, you could use your current skills and start earning an income doing what you already do? Seriously, hundreds of moms are already partnered with us. You could start out putting in about 5-10 yours a week right out of your own home. And in just 3-5 years you could easily be earning $30k - $150+K a year. The next 5 years are going to come and go anyway, right?
I realize the income stated above is a wide spread. That's because we don't know your work ethics. We have women from all walks of life earning well within that range. Some less, some more. We make no guarantees on income. But ask yourself this question - If you went to college for 2-4 years, would they make such a guarantee? Of course not. For the same reason and more. We will, however, guarantee you won't have a huge student loan to pay back.
As already stated, Moms work hard. We feel you should be able to use your skills, work from home, or where ever you want, hire a housekeeper when you like, take a spa day when you like and have the time to do what ever you would like to do with your family. That's why we are doing what we can to educate you on a much better way for you to earn a strong income from home.
